How Come The Tribes2 Skies, Don't Show Up In Legen

how come the tribes2 skies, don't show up in Legends?
I put all the textures and edited the dml, inspected the mission after it loaded for errs, found none.. the sky is pitch black, this happed on the last tribes2 sky i tried using also, any ides?

I found out it was just a setting in the new Sky(Sky) {
every thing else I had right,
materialList = "~/data/textures/skies/eep_moonnight1.dml";
